Position Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Ag Equipment Sales & Service person to lead equipment sales, manage parts and warranty claims, and support service operations. This is a multifaceted role focused on Vermeer, Woods, and Pro Driver equipment lines, ideal for someone with mechanical experience, strong people skills, and a solid understanding of farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage equipment sales and customer accounts
• Build and maintain dealer relationships
• Handle warranty claims and related documentation
• Address and resolve customer concerns
• Communicate equipment features, options, and safety information
• Perform general equipment troubleshooting and basic welding repairs
• Oversee inventory and parts ordering (Vermeer, Woods, Pro Driver)
• Pick up parts/products for inventory or service
• Maintain showroom organization and support online sales updates
• Support additional shop or crew tasks as needed
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing process improvements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in equipment sales and mechanical repair preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation abilities
• Farm knowledge and general tech comfort are a plus
• Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking skills

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 100 lbs. and work in variable conditions
• Use of hand and power tools
• Alternate between sitting, standing, lifting, and moving throughout the day
• Occasional travel as needed
